Every piece is hand-made to order; allow 5–6 weeks, plus 10 business days for custom color work. We send progress updates along the way.
Returns are accepted when postmarked within 5 business days of delivery. The piece must come back unworn and unused, in its original box and packaging, with the lace uncut and all tags still attached. Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method less a 10% restocking fee; shipping charges are not refundable. To start a return, email [email protected] with your order number.

Yes — we only buy hair we are satisfied has been collected ethically. We are still assembling the documentation to show that publicly: origin, collection method, and the terms donors were given. Until that is complete we would rather not describe it loosely.
